Thanks to Paul, Cath, Erin and the team in the University of Manchester for hosting as for 8th of March.

With over 50 people attending we focussed on:

• brainstorming the barriers to change in HE

• identifying how to make Lean terms more meaningful in HE

• a presentation by Dr Tim Westlake, Director for the Student Experience at Manchester, on their Student Lifecycle change programme
