Biography for Amber Redmond

Amber is a Process Improvement Analyst at Penn State and works primarily with the World Campus student-facing units to optimize their business processes by providing thoughtful analysis and recommendations to help streamline operations. Amber came to Penn State in August 2013 after working in the healthcare industry for several years. She earned a master’s in public administration through Penn State World Campus in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in Management through the Smeal College of Business in 2009 with a minor in labor studies and employment relations.
